Terms and Conditions
- Charges are per day regardless of time of entry or exit. Alteration to booking accepted up to 14 days prior to entry to kennels, unable to reallocate i.e. early return, will be charged. Minimum charge 2 days stay. All charges include vat/insurance/food/heat.
- Double charge Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
- Bookings of 5 days and over a 25% deposit is required.
- Bookings under 4 days to be paid when making your booking.
- New customers are required to pay in full on entry.
- At busy times, your patience is very much appreciated, as it can take a bit longer booking those pets with medication, and medical conditions. Taking all details necessary for their comfort and care. If your pet has a lot of information to be noted you are welcome to pop in a few days prior to your booking and give us the details, or over the phone.
