welfare needs are met.
All staff are fully first aid trained (both humans and animals). Please feel free to ring up
or email for updates on your animals.
We offer holiday boarding, emergency boarding(dependent upon space), long
term/short term boarding and daycare.
TIMES:
We are open from 10am-12pm and 4pm-6pm for drop off and collection, but staff are
here from 08:00. Between 08:00-10:00 is our busiest time due to us making sure all
your animals are having their breakfast (and medication if they’re on any) and for our
staff to ensure all animals are exercised and their kennels are cleaned.
We can do drop off and pick ups between 08:00-10:00 but this is by appointment only
and must be arranged with reception at the time of booking.
We charge per day and this is regardless of how early/late you pick up and drop off your
animals (and this includes the day of drop off and collection) There is a minimum charge
of 2 days.
We do not open for drop off or collections on public bank holidays, but staff are in as
normal.

Dogs from the same household are allowed to share a kennel (but they live in the same house), but dogs from different households, even in the same family, must be booked into separate kennels.

kennel insurance.
MEDICATION:
Please ensure you bring all medication with you if your animal requires it. Please make
sure this is all clearly labeled with administration directions for example whether they
just have the medication in their food or whether it needs to be hidden in food, or to be
given directly. Let us know if your animal takes their medication easily or whether they
need a bit more coaxing. We charge £2 per injection.
For animals who are diabetic and require insulin injections, we charge £2 per injection,
this is to be paid at the start of their stay.
FOOD:
We provide most varieties of dry, wet and raw food. But if your animal requires a specific
diet or whether you want continuity for your animal, you're more than welcome to bring
your own food with you. However, bringing your own food does not affect the price.
CUSTOMER DETAILS:
We require full details about every one of our customers, we create customer files which
include all the necessary information, this is required in an emergency situation. Please
ensure we have the correct telephone numbers for you and email addresses.
Please let us know whether you are going out of the country, as we would then require
you to give us another emergency contact who is contactable whilst you're away. We
would need written consent from you in case we need to take your animal to the vets as
the vet will not treat your animal without this consent.
Please bring along your animal’s vaccination certificate with you, we will make a copy
and leave this attached to your booking form in your customer file. If you are a regular
customer you do not need to bring this every time as we will have a copy on your file.
We will also need to know your animal's microchip number, usually this can be found on
your vaccination card. If you do not have your card, please request a duplicate copy from your vets, you're
more than welcome to email us a copy and we can get this printed for the file.
Your pet's last flea and worming date are also required.
VETS & INSURANCE INFORMATION:
We need to know which vets your animal is registered with, in case we need to go there
in an emergency.
If your vet is further out, we might have to take your animal to one of our local vets, for
example; Caste Vets, Crookham Park Vets, St Kitts etc…
We need to know your insurance information in case we do take your animal to the vets
as they might ask for it.
