Veterinary cover
Under most circumstances we will use your own vet, who will have access to your pet's full medical history. However, if your vet is inaccessible, Bowenhurst Kennels has a good trusting relationship with Castle Vets, just 5 minutes from the kennels along the A287. Cat boarding conditions
- Allow 14 days post-booster before entry into the cattery
- Please bring your pet’s vaccination certificate with you
- If your pet has been abroad, we can't take them in until 28 days has passed due to rabies concerns
- Diet and medication instructions must be given in writing
- Please leave emergency contact numbers
- Ensure your cat basket can be securely fastened so that the cat cannot escape. In the event of emergency situation in the cattery, your cat will be removed to a secure area and left in their basket
- All cats must be up to date with their yearly booster
